Who we are
D&G Consultancy is a UK business consultancy operating a group of consumer brands. This policy covers our website and our internal software, including the D&G AI OS application, which connects to third-party services on behalf of our own group companies.
What we collect
Website visitors. We collect only the technical data your browser sends (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and analytics. We do not sell this data or use it for third-party advertising.
Business contacts. If you contact us or work with us, we hold the contact details you give us (name, email, phone, company) to manage that relationship.
Connected accounts (D&G AI OS). Our internal software connects to accounts that our own group companies own, including social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube), email, e-commerce and advertising accounts, through each platform’s official API, with authorisation granted by the account holder. From these it reads account-level information and aggregate statistics (for example follower counts, views and engagement figures) to produce internal performance reports.
How we use it
To operate our website and respond to enquiries, and to produce internal business reports for our own group companies. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share connected-account data outside the D&G group.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers within the UK/EEA or with providers offering equivalent safeguards, protected by encryption in transit and at rest. Access tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted and are never displayed to users.
Your rights and revoking access
Account holders can revoke the D&G AI OS application’s access to any connected platform at any time from that platform’s own security settings, which immediately stops further data access. UK GDPR gives you rights of access, correction and erasure over personal data we hold, contact us to exercise them.
