1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the dagconsultancy.com website and of D&G’s internal software, including the D&G AI OS application. By using the site or authorising the application, you accept these terms.
2. The D&G AI OS application
D&G AI OS is internal business software used by D&G Consultancy and its group companies. It connects to third-party platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google and Microsoft services) strictly through those platforms’ official APIs and only with the authorisation of the account holder. It is used to read account information and aggregate statistics for internal reporting, and is not offered as a service to the public.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site or application, attempt unauthorised access, or use either in breach of any applicable law or of the terms of any connected third-party platform. Use of connected platforms remains subject to those platforms’ own terms of service.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site belongs to D&G Consultancy or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Liability
The site and application are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, D&G excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
